1-Year Limited Warranty
Every luxury watch purchased through JW Luxuries includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, covering the following:
What’s Covered:

Movement Malfunctions – including issues related to timekeeping accuracy due to manufacturer defect.

Battery Replacement (for quartz models, within the warranty period).

Water Resistance – if the watch is rated as water-resistant and shows leakage due to seal failure (excluding misuse).
What’s Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap damage, etc.)

Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling
-
Theft or loss
-
Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification

Water damage on watches not explicitly rated as water-resistant
Authenticity Guarantee
All timepieces sold by JW Luxuries are guaranteed 100% authentic. Each watch is inspected and verified by our in-house specialists or certified third-party horologists before being offered for sale. Any item found to be counterfeit is eligible for a full refund.
Warranty Claims Process
To initiate a warranty claim:

If your claim is eligible, we’ll provide instructions for secure return and inspection.
